Rivers Of Life Ministries International

            Drs. Donald and JoAnne Harrell founded Rivers of Life Ministries in July of 1996 and currently serve as the Senior Pastors.

            Dr. Harrell was converted, delivered and called into ministry in 1989.  Immediately, he began ministering in the streets and in prisons spreading the goodness of God’s love to hurting people.  God began early in his Christian walk to share revelation and insight into many of the kingdom principles he shares today.  He can attest to the many miracles and wonders that God did in those days and still is doing.

            Dr. Harrell is an accomplished musician and songwriter which has enabled him to minister to thousands in the streets, churches and prisons.  He has a great compassion from God for hurting people and his desire is to see them made whole and become instruments in God’s kingdom.

            Dr. Harrell’s God-given vision is ‘to raise up a new generation that is ready to stand and fight; a people corporately joined together to take the land!’
